Preview-based purchase
Customers can review a limited preview, confidence score and warnings before payment. Please pay only when the preview is useful for your file.
Refunds
If a paid export cannot be delivered, or the delivered file clearly does not match the previewed extraction, contact us with your order ID and payment reference. Refunds are reviewed case by case during the launch period.
No refund for unverified downstream use
Because the service is an automated conversion utility, refunds do not cover losses, business decisions, tax filings, accounting work or other downstream use of unverified output.
